Hey everyone!

Here is a PDF that lists some really good quick workouts you can do during the week. This was put together for the off week during my fitness boot camp, but it lists multiple different 20-30 minute exercise routines you can do at home. It also lists a few tips on how to put on "holiday" pounds.

It is well put together and wanted to share it.
